Eucalyptus Chill Menthol Soap is perfect any time of year! We added menthol crystals to it along with Eucalyptus and Peppermint essential oils. This soap is all-natural with a little blue mica for color. We use quality ingredients like tallow, coconut oil, sunflower & shea butter. We also used goat milk in this bar. Goat milk soap is a gentle cleanser rich in fatty acids that can help support a healthy skin barrier to keep skin nourished and moisturized. Moreover, its high lactic acid content may help exfoliate the skin, which may benefit those with skin issues.

Eucalyptus Essential Oil - Its anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving properties, coupled with its natural cooling sensation, make eucalyptus oil ideal for soothing a painful sunburn. Antibacterial properties also protect the skin from infection.

Menthol Crystals are clear, colorless, crystals that are a natural by-product of steamed distilled peppermint essential oil. We used a generous amount to give the soap bars a minty scent and a cooling sensation on sensitive areas of the skin. Leave on a few minutes before rinsing.

If you take a look at commercial products sold in stores, it’s likely you won’t find the term “soap” on the package. Commercial soap sold in stores is often made with chemical detergents, hardeners and synthetic lathering agents. Some of these ingredients can be drying or irritating on the skin. On the other hand, handmade soap created with oils, liquid and lye does not contain these harsh ingredients and qualifies as ‘soap.

Handmade soap also contains naturally made glycerin. Glycerin is a humectant that attracts moisture from the air to the skin. It’s produced naturally during the soapmaking process. It’s one of the things that make handmade soap so amazing! Some commercial soaps remove the glycerin from the bars and sell it to make lotions and creams. Without glycerin, commercially prepared soap isn’t nearly as skin-loving and can leave the skin feeling dry.

DIRECTIONS & CAUTION:

Wet skin, lather, then rinse. For a cooling effect, leave soap on for a few minutes before rinsing. Keep dry between uses for a longer, lasting bar. If skin is irritated, discontinue use.
