Made with 100% pure essential oils. All shower steamers contain menthol crystals, which help clear sinuses for ease of breathing and for treating headaches or migraines. Shower steamers with menthol can also help muscles relax and ease pain. Menthol crystals are known for helping with Cough and Congestion Support. When you are congested and start inhaling the scent of menthol crystals, you can almost feel the menthol vapors attacking and breaking up lung congestion. The cooling and soothing sensation can be very relieving.
